PLA is a 10 week group course that will help you lose your low back pain and get back to those activities you love from the comfort of your own home. It starts August 17th, 2020!

Here is a quick overview of my signature four step process for the program:

STEP 1: Detox Your Body and Mind

Here is where we lay the foundation for how to succeed in this program. We’ll flush pain-creating inflammation from your body through food and detox-style foam rolling, clearing brain fog and improving body awareness. We will learn powerful mindset tools for breaking through the mental rut you’ve been in during this stressful time and learn how to create a feeling of safety in your body. We will map your goals, reframe the frustration and exasperation you’ve been feeling, and release limiting beliefs about your ability to heal.  This module will have you feeling excited and hopeful for the new reality you are to embody!

 

STEP 2: Fascia Release  

During these weeks we will learn how to better understand and reframe your pain through the lens of fascia. We’ll learn the most effective way to release fascia, how to “map” your body, and nail your specific pain pattern. We will come up with the right routine for you that takes minimal time with maximum effect. You will come out of this section understanding the role fascia is playing in your pain, how and when to use your fascia release tools, and begin relieving pain FAST. 

 

STEP 3: Posture Alignment and Functional Movement

Now that your pain is receding, it’s time to address posture. Your alignment is critical for keeping your pain away. We will do some posture assessments, discover misalignments throughout your entire body, and implement the beneficial stretches to add to your rolling routine. During this module we also dive into proper movement mechanics for keeping ideal alignment throughout your day and during your activities. Understanding your posture pattern will shed even more light on the root source of your pain, reduce your fear of pain returning, and have you feeling like a pain relief ninja with all the right tools.

 

STEP 4: The Cherry on Top

This module is all about strengthening the right muscles.  We will add in supportive, corrective exercises to ensure all these new changes are supported by strength. Here is where we will make any last adjustments to refine your program and make sure you feel rock solid about how to continue moving forward. You should be getting back to your favorite activities at this stage! We will ensure you feel amazing, energized, and empowered to take on any future aches and pains with confidence.
